Ward was the first child born to MonroeLouisianaon 15 April, 1976. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary education. She was a student at Ouachita High School to complete her secondary education. She then transferred from there to River Oaks High School after the school year ended. Shortly after her graduation she attended Northeast Louisiana University. When she was thirteen years old Ward began modeling, leaving school, and then moving into New York in order to achieve this. Her acting career began just a couple of years later afterward. She was first cast uncredited in 1970s in the soap-opera All My Children. Later she was cast on NBC's short-lived prime-time teen drama Malibu Shores. In the year 1996, Ward was cast in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. In 1999, her career in film began by playing Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the thriller erotica The In Crowd. In theaters the film was unsuccessful, however it enjoyed an initial success on both DVD and cable. In the following year, Ward was in a cameo role in the hit movie Shallow Hal. Ward has also appeared in numerous other direct-to-DVD movies and has made guest appearances in various TV shows particularly Friends. In 2009she was cast in the role of Chloe Kmet kothe mother of an unnamed gymna in on the ABC Family Drama series Make It or Break It being a part in the principal cast for the series' first two seasons. The personal side of her life is a marriage to the producer David C. Robinson. The couple has a son called Cameron.
