Angela_Bassett
Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15th, 1961) was an American actor. Her work has been recognized for film and television from the mid-80s onwards, she's won numerous awards including two Golden Globe Awards and sixteen NAACP Image Awards in addition to nominations for two Academy Awards and seven Primetime Emmy Awards. Bassett was born to her aunt in Winston-Salem North Carolina. She was born and raised at home in New York New York. Bassett as well as her sister, and their mother moved into St. Petersburg Florida when Bassett was just five. The father of the family had split from the mother of their children. Bassett chose to become an actor after watching the play Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, starring James Earl Jones. In 1980, Bassett was graduated from Yale University New Haven Connecticut with a degree in African American studies. She earned a diploma from The Yale School of Drama. She was introduced to Courtney B. Vance, an actress who was also at Yale and they were married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies in 1980. Master of Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett currently works in one of her lead characters, Ramonda, in the action adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
